Reporting directly to the Aquatics Team Leader you will be responsible for providing quality aquatics programmes at H20 Xtream aquatic facility. Working closely with the community we have key roles available in Hydrorobics, Learn to Swim (6 months through to adults), Flippaball, Water Safety, Kayaking, Snorkelling and further youth programmes. We can offer hours within school time, after school, weekends and evenings, we have both part-time and casual contracts available.
Required of you:
In these rewarding roles you will be heavily involved in providing aquatic education to all sectors of the community. All programmes have varied technical requirements, however, full training will be provided. Previous experience would be preferred.
Required technical aptitudes:
- Relevant qualification preferred
- First aid certificate preferred
- Interpersonal people skills
- Passion for people and their well-being
- Excellent communication and organisation skills is a MUST
- Ability to think on your feet
- Initiative and ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to learn
