Aquatic Co-ordinator
Permanent |Part time - 30 hours

H2O Xtream is looking for a part time swim Aquatic Co-ordinator to work with the Team Leader Aquatics to enhance our amazing and passionate team of swim instructors.  Your role combines swim instruction with some administration duties.
We need a highly organised professional to be responsible for the co-ordination, promotion and day-to-day administration of aquatic programmes at H2O Xtream.

The Aquatic Co-ordinator’s role is to ensure a high standard of administration is maintained within the swim school and assist the Team Leader with the development of the aquatic team including running a Flippaball league, Learn to Swim, Watersafety and Hydrorobics.
A key focus for the role is efficiency and exceptional customer service levels. You will be finding places for customers and dealing with general day to day queries.  You will be emphatic about creating a ‘one team one dream’ culture.

To be successful in this position you will need proven skills and experience in the following areas:
• Customer Service, greeting customers, problem solving, working closely with your team;
• A commitment to following policy & procedures, in particular Health & Safety;
• First Aid training; and
• Have swim teaching experience.

The role is 30 hours per week of which at least 5 – 10 hrs is swim teaching.  The hours are based around the busy time of our swim school and therefore you would need to be able to work Saturdays.  There is a level of flexibility around the exact days and times for the right candidate. You must also be willing to step in and work as a Swim Instructor where required
