Council and Committee meetings will usually be held in The Rotary Lounge of the Upper Hutt Central Library, 844 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt and all of the Council and Standing Committee meetings will be live-streamed to Council's Facebook page. Meetings are sometimes cancelled or meeting times altered so attendees should check by calling (04) 527 2169.
Agendas are available for inspection upon request at the HAPAI Service Centre, Upper Hutt Central Library, and Pinehaven Library. PDF versions of the agendas are also available on the Meeting Agendas and Minutes webpage.
