Submitting the forms

Your completed application can be forwarded to us in three ways:

  • by emailing your application and/or a web link to your documents to Building.OfficeUHCC@uhcc.govt.nz  
  • bring it to our reception at 838 – 842 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt.
  • by post (or courier) to Upper Hutt City Council, Private Bag 907, Upper Hutt 5140

Guidance is available to assist you with your application. Please refer to the Guide to completing the application form and Guidance on supporting documentation.

Applications are checked for completeness and fee payments are required before applications are accepted.

Submitting your building consent application digitally?

Building consent applications submitted digitally will need to be in PDF format. A single PDF should be supplied containing the relevant documentation for each of the applicable subheadings listed below:
