Council meeting update

We let you know at the beginning of lockdown that all Council and Committee meetings would be cancelled or suspended at Alert Level (AL) 3 and AL4.

With our move to AL2 today, we can start rescheduling meetings. The Council Meeting scheduled for 15 September will now be held on 22 September.

To keep our staff and our community safe, and in keeping with the new AL2 restrictions, the Public Forum will be held via Zoom.

To register to speak, please email governance@uhcc.govt.nz or call us on 04 527 2169, at least two days before the meeting so we can provide you with the Zoom link.

The agenda for the meeting will be available on our website a clear two working days before.
