Land Information Memorandum (LIM) fees and charges

If you're seeking a LIM and need it before Christmas, make sure to submit your application before 6 December 2023 to enable us enough time to process your request.
By law, the processing time for requests stops from Wednesday, 20 December 2023 to Tuesday, 9 January 2024. Any LIM ordered during these times will be deemed as received on Wednesday, 10 January 2024, and the ten working day timeframe will begin then.
The fees and charges below apply to Land Information Memorandum (LIM) services.
All fees are stated as GST inclusive and are effective from 1 July 2023. Council reserves the right to review any fees and charges at any time. Please check with us for any updates.
Where the actual fees incurred by Council are higher than the fees shown, actual costs will be charged.
If a fee or charge for a Council service is not specifically listed below the charge or fee will be the total of the actual cost of materials, officer time incurred to provide the service, and GST.

Minimum fee covers:

2.5 hours officer processing time for residential/rural; 4 hours non-residential/rural

Delivery by one of the following methods: USB stick, electronic drop box, or paper (100 pages of printing, additional pages attract an additional charge). Delivery by more than one method or additional LIMs must be ordered with the LIM application.
Note: An invoice will be issued for officer time and/or printing in excess of the amounts included in the minimum fee.
