Draft Annual Plan 2020 – 2021

The Annual Plan describes Upper Hutt City Council's programme of works, initiatives, and services to the community over a 12-month period, from 1 July to 30 June the following year. It also includes a forecast of financials for the period.

This year Council has done some reworking of what we originally expected as part of our response to COVID-19.

Feedback on the draft Annual Plan 2020 – 2021

We are not asking for submissions on this draft Annual Plan 2020 – 2021 as the rates requirement, rates increase and planned debt are within the limits set out in the LTP. However, Upper Hutt City Council, has an open-door policy and we will consider any feedback you wish put forward. If you have feedback on this plan let us know by 5.00 pm Sunday, 7 June. Final Annual Plan 2020 – 2021

Any feedback we receive will be presented to Council for consideration on 17 June. Council will also be considering any latest information on the pandemic and implications for our plans and programs for the 2020 – 2021 year. Council will adopt the final Annual Plan 2020 – 2021 at an extraordinary Council meeting on 30 June 2020.
