Are you ready to try some of the best drinks in Upper Hutt this summer?

We're going head to head with Lower Hutt and Porirua cafe's to try win title of 'The Hutt's coolest drink of summer!' 

Each Cafe needs to come up with something new and exciting refresher that just screams 'Summer'. But they need your help, pop into any of the participating cafe's below and try their take on an ultimate summer refresher. 

How do you vote?

Once you've sampled a signature drink from one of the participating cafes, it's time to score! Scoring criteria is based on on creativity, presentation and of course the flavour. Score between 1-5. Simply scan the QR code on the table talkers available at each participating cafe or use the ice cubes in the information pack and give your favourite drink an extra 5 points.

Bacon all the rules: Bacon infused caramel Thicc Shake topped with soft serve, candied bacon & caramel sauce

A Taste of Summer: splash of coconut water blended with summer fruits and caramel.

Get Fixed Café 

Little City Mohito Kombucha: Taste of summer in a glass, Lemon, mint , vodka , soda  , or  raspberry to test

Gloria Jeans

Gingerbread Chiller: ice, Milk, Shott Gingerbread Syrup, GJC Very vanilla powder, espresso shot

Herbs and Hub

Rose Volcano: Rose Syrup, Lime cordial, betel ceam and lemonade

Silverstream Bakery

Avocado and honeydew smoothie: Perfect blend of avocado and honey topped with fresh cream and pistachios

Wild Kiwi Distillery

Salted Caramel Martini: shaken on ice. It's Caramel sauce inside the Martini glass, our Salted Caramel Billie Vodka, bailey's, cream, and sugar syrup
