H²O Xtream offers a variety of aquatic options for adults, whether you are learning to swim or can already swim but want something more.

Fitness Session
A comprehensive training programme for recreational triathletes and anyone interested in having a go
Beginner (Wednesday 7.30pm)
This course aims to build water confidence and to teach the basic swimming skills.
Breathing Plus (Wednesday 8pm)
This course is for adults who can swim but have problems with their breathing technique. Develops breathing skills and style, as well as developing other strokes.
Adult Swim Fit (Wednesday 7.30pm for 60 minutes and Saturday 7am for 60 or 90 minutes) This course is for adults who can swim and want to improve their fitness. Also involves stroke corrections and endurance training. Motivation and goal setting. Creating a personal training programme (cross training).
Private lessons and coaching are also available by appointment.
