2008 Survey for Upper Hutt Older People

The 2008 Survey for Upper Hutt Older People is out now so fill one out and get your voice heard.  With the help of the results of the survey, we aim to make positive changes for older people in Upper Hutt.

The survey is completely anonymous and all respondents go into the prize draw to win a $100 supermarket voucher or $100 off their power bill. 

Spot prizes available as well!

You can pick up and drop off the survey in the following places:

• i-SITE Visitor Centre
• Upper Hutt City Library
• Upper Hutt City Council Administration Building
• Expressions Arts and Entertainment Centre
• Orongomai Marae
