Walking and cycling in Upper Hutt

Upper Hutt City Council has commissioned ViaStrada Ltd. to help develop the Upper Hutt Walking and Cycling Strategy, which will be released as a draft for public comment later this year.  This survey will help us prepare the strategy. 
 
Whose views are being sought?
Anyone who lives, works, studies, visits or plays in Upper Hutt. Please encourage your friends and family in Upper Hutt to take the survey.  We are keen to have the views of all kinds of pedestrians and cyclists.  Pedestrians are widely defined to include all those who use footpaths and other walking facilities, such as people in wheelchairs or on mobility scooters and parents with prams.  So if this applies to you, please identify “walk” as your way of travel in the survey.  The walking and cycling strategy is intended to be as inclusive as possible.
