Reach Out Central (ROC) is an interactive online game for young people aged 16-25. You can role play in a variety of scenarios with multiple characters to increase your life skills. The game provides information and support on a variety of topics.
Because the game is online, it's free, anonymous, confidential, and available 24/7.
Here you fill find information on anything from depression, anxiety, self harm, independence and body image. You'll also find inspriring interviews with people who got through their own tough times. Join the community forum to chat in a safe and moderated space or enter competitions, quizzes and polls.

Feel like you have what it takes to become a m illionaire? Play the Small Business Game and test your skills at running your own business.
In the game, you run The Sports Store, your own football franchise, in which you can learn what it takes to manage a small business, what works and doesn't work and experiment with different strategies.
Go head to head with other players, win prizes and see who dominates the Leader board!
