Getting a card

Under 16

Come to the Library and bring:

• Your parent or guardian - we need their signature! 
• ID which shows your parent / guardian's name and signature 
• Something showing your parent / guardian's current address (e.g. an account)

You can pre fill out the registration form, and then bring it with you to speed up the process.
