PC Zone
Use your Library card to access a computerYour Library card can be used to pay for and access the Internet, pay for and release your own printing and make a future booking for a computer. If you do not have a Library card you can purchase a Guest pass.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointThe Central Library provides free public access to Word, Excel and PowerPoint from two workstations in the PC Zone where you can create your own documents including CVs, letters, spreadsheets, computer presentations, reports, essays, projects etc. Booking is not necessary. Feel free to bring a USB so you can create, save and print documents. You can purchase a 2G USB Drive for $10 from the Help Desk. InternetThe Central Library offers public access to the Internet from most of the workstations in the PC Zone. You can search for information or check your emails for 6c per minute. Printing and PhotocopyingIt costs 20c per page for black and white printing/copying, $1.00 per page for colour printing/copying.
