Membership

Membership of Upper Hutt City Library is free for all residents, ratepayers, students enrolled at Upper Hutt Schools and people employed in Upper Hutt 20 hours or more.

Please check Getting a Card to view the non-resident / non-ratepayer fees.

Non-members are welcome to spend time in the Library and to browse our collections or use the Internet and PC facilities.
