I hereby give notice Under Section 65 of the Local Electoral Act 2001 that the following persons have been duly nominated as candidates:

Change to rate instalment dates for 2010/2011

Council has adopted a single cycle rates instalment arrangement for the 2010/2011 financial year and onwards. This replaces the previous two cycle arrangement.

The change has been made due to the high number of electronic payments now being received and applies to properties previously in the cycle two arrangement.
