HAPAI building

The HAPAI Building is a community venue available to hire for indoor recreation, community groups and special events, both regular and one-off bookings.  With easy access to public transport and car parking, as well as being very central, it is a convenient space for any club, group, organisation or any one to hire.

The facilities include:

Main Hall	Large space available for a variety of events or indoor recreation programmes. Seats 150 people comfortably. 150+ chairs and 19 trestle tables available. Full stage. Can be divided into two sections with bi-folding door.
Kitchen	Full kitchen facilities available at no extra charge to non-profit and community groups. Includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, zip, cups, plates and cutlery. Small dining room available directly off kitchen.
Meeting Room	Quiet relaxing space with a warm atmosphere perfect for small meetings. 20 chairs and a table available in the room. Extras available on request. The room has a small kitchen with electric jug, and a limited supply of cups, plates and cutlery.

Important Information

Food & Drink	All food and drink, is to be cleaned up immediately as any spillages will damage the floor.
Cleaning	Please ensure that you leave all rooms as you found them.  Making sure you wipe down all benches, cupboards and stove.  There could be a cleaning charge depending on the nature of your booking.
Damage	If you see any damage, please notify H2O Xtream Reception immediately on 04 527 2113.
Deposit	A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is then required upon receipt of an invoice.  A bond is apyable two weeks before your booking and refunded once hall is checked.
