Long Term Council Community Plan 2009 - 2019

(including the 2009-2010 Annual Plan)

The (LTCCP) Long Term Council Community Plan 2009 to 2019 lets you know what the Upper Hutt City Council proposes to do over the next ten years and why.  The decisions and activities identified are intended to continue to create a community that the people of Upper Hutt want, now and in the future.

The LTCCP identifies projects and services under each of Council's activities (e.g. Land Transport, Parks and Reserves, Solid Waste etc).  It also contains financial information, Council policies and additional information such as Councillor contact details.

The Long Term Council Community Plan 2009 - 2019 is effective as at 1 July 2009 and is presented in sections below.
