Consumer Rights Day - 30 November 2011
The Ministry of Consumer Affairs is hosting a forum in Upper Hutt at the Riverstone Recreation Centre on 30 November.

These forums have been offered elsewhere and have been very successful in getting messages out to the community groups and general public on what the participating agencies do.
Speakers and information available from agencies such as:
- Commerce Commission
- Disputes Tribunal
- Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission
- Insurance & Savings Ombudsman
- Retirement Commission
- The Banking Ombudsman
The day is free to everyone, including food and refreshments, and any community groups are welcome to have a stall on the day to promote what they do.
People are required to register for catering purposes.
