Are you between 11 and 18 years old?
Do you like to keep fit?
Changing Gear may be just the programme for you!
| Changing Gear is a programme designed to introduce secondary school students to cycling or multi-sport and can be used as a form of training for competition or simply as an avenue for general health and fitness. Although there are numerous secondary school students pursuing traditional sport during college, there has often been no formal avenue for them to identify whether cycling or multi-sport is suitable for them. The programme now includes adults who want to train for events or competition, or who are just interested in cycling as a form of exercise. |
